Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Raw cashews
  • 0.25 cups Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cups Coconut milk
  • 0.5 cups Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 0.25 teaspoons Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Step 2

To make the crust, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in a bowl.

Step 3

Mix until the ingredients are well combined and press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.

Step 4

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.

Step 5

While the crust is baking, soak the raw cashews in hot water for at least 15 minutes, then drain them.
