  • 1 cup Dairy-free cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Sliced jalapeños
  • 1 large Tomato, diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. Begin by preparing your ingredients. Finely chop the fresh cilantro and dice the tomato. Set aside.

2. In a large non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil over medium heat.

3. Place one almond flour tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the dairy-free cheese evenly over the tortilla.
