  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Lettuce leaves (for wraps)
  • 1 large Tomato, diced
  • 1 large Avocado, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the coconut oil.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes, until the onion becomes translucent.
