  • 0.5 cup coconut milk

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
