  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds grass-fed beef roast
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 2 sliced tomato
  • 0.5 sliced red onion

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, apple cider vinegar, coconut milk, and 1/4 cup of olive oil until smooth.
