  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 ounces Smoked salmon
  • 1 medium, sliced Avocado
  • 0.25 small, thinly sliced Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 1 half, sliced Lemon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, arrowroot starch, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

Step 3

In another bowl, beat the eggs, and then whisk in apple cider vinegar, honey, and olive oil until well combined.

Step 4

Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms. The dough will be sticky.

Divide the dough into four equal parts. With wet hands, shape each part into a bagel or donut shape and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
