  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour
  • 0.33 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 5 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and sea salt. Stir in the melted coconut oil, egg, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough is well combined and forms a ball.

Step 3
