  • 4 medium Apples
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 0.25 cups Raisins (optional)
  • 0.25 cups Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
