Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Coconut sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and salt. Whisk to eliminate any lumps.
