Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Ripe avocados
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Add the fresh cilantro leaves to the blender. Make sure they are washed and roughly chopped for easier blending.

Step 3

Juice two tablespoons of fresh lime. Add the lime juice to the blender to give a zesty flavor and help the dressing stay fresh.

Step 4

Peel the garlic cloves and add them to the blender for a rich aroma and taste.

Step 5

Pour in the extra-virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar, which will add a silky texture and tangy flavor.

Step 6

Add half a teaspoon of sea salt and a quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper to season.

Step 7

Pour one cup of water into the blender to achieve the desired consistency, adjusting more or less as needed.

Step 8

Blend all ingredients on a high setting until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 9

Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary. You may want to add more lime juice for tanginess or more water for a thinner consistency.

Step 10

Transfer the dressing to a serving dish or jar. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
