Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 cups Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cups Paleo-friendly chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, shredded coconut, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
