  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the marinade. In a small bowl, combine the chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over the flank steak. Allow it to rest and marinate while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
