Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Place the egg, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and sea salt into a tall mixing container or a blender jug.

Using an immersion blender, blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the egg mixture is completely combined.
