  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 large Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 whole Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 whole Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Start by making the marinade for the chicken. In a bowl, mix together the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the chicken to ensure even coating. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.
