  • 4 pieces chicken breast fillets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves
  • 250 grams button mushrooms
  • 1 bunch fresh thyme
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Directions

Step 1

Begin by seasoning the chicken breast fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, place the chicken fillets in the skillet. Cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set it aside.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
