Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Grain-free tortillas
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place them in a bowl.

Step 3

In the bowl, add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the chicken. Toss to coat evenly.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken strips.
