  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves

  • 3 large zucchini
  • 0.5 cup basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the zucchini noodles. Use a spiralizer to spiralize the zucchini into a noodle shape. Set the zucchini noodles aside.

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
