  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine coconut yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, paprika, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well to create a marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, making sure they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
