  • 0.5 onion red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
