  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 10 pieces Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Start by soaking the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling.

Cut the boneless chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Chop the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion into similar 1-inch pieces and add them to the bowl with the chicken.
