  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 whole lime

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice grains.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
