  • 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 10 pieces cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large avocado
  • 0.5 medium cucumber
  • 0.25 medium red onion

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.

Step 2

Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to make 4 thin pieces. Place them in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and ensure the chicken is well-coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
