Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium Carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 Paleo-friendly wrappers
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, coconut aminos, minced garlic, chopped green onions, shredded carrot, and finely shredded cabbage.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients thoroughly, then add the beaten egg and coconut flour to bind the mixture. Season it with the pepper and salt.

Prepare the paleo-friendly wrappers by placing them flat on a clean working surface.

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the lower third of each wrapper. Form the mixture into a log shape.
