Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped into chunks
  • 2 units bell peppers, chopped into chunks
  • 8 units skewers

Directions

Step 1

Start by cutting the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Stir to mix well.
