  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 medium lemon

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

Thinly slice the onion and bell peppers. Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.

Chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Roughly chop the fresh cilantro leaves.
