  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup calamansi juice or lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, turmeric, sea salt, black pepper, and calamansi juice to create the marinade.

Step 2

Place chicken quarters in a zip-top bag or a large shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly coated.
