Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup coconut yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and place them in a bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the marinade over the chicken strips and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
