  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 30 grams green onions, chopped
  • 1 liter water

Directions

Step 1

Begin by thoroughly cleaning the chicken feet. Scrub under running water and trim the nails off with kitchen scissors.

Step 2

In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add the chicken feet and 1 teaspoon of salt. Blanch the chicken feet by boiling them for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool and stop the cooking process.

In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, sliced ginger, star anise, cinnamon stick, and chili flakes.
