Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Coconut flour

Directions

Step 1

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, gently pound each breast until they are about 0.25 inches thick.
