  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cutting the cauliflower into florets and processing them in a food processor until they resemble rice grains.

Step 2

In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced ginger, and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add the chicken breast to the pot and sear each side until slightly golden, about 3 minutes per side.
