  • 8 large leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 fillets Anchovy fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 large Egg

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and coconut aminos.
