Ingredients

  • 1 piece cooked chicken breast
  • 2 pieces coconut flour tortilla
  • 1 cup paleo-friendly cheese (such as cashew cheese)
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.5 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Shred the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

In a medium skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
