  • 1 large egg
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or ghee for greasing

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt.

In a separate small bowl, beat the egg and then mix in the olive oil and water.
