Ingredients

  • 1 pound Grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened almond cheese shreds

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, nutritional yeast, coconut aminos, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix with your hands until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 2

Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions. Take one portion and shape it into a ball, then flatten it into a thin patty using your palms. Repeat with the remaining portions.

Step 3

Take one patty and place about 1 tablespoon of almond cheese shreds in the center. Place another patty on top and gently press the edges to seal them together, ensuring the cheese is enclosed. Repeat with the remaining patties to form two stuffed burgers.

Step 4

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the stuffed burgers in the skillet. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the patties are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Step 5

Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Step 6

Serve the Paleo cheese-stuffed burger patties with your favorite paleo-friendly sides, such as a salad or sweet potato fries.
