Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blanched almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Coconut milk, full fat
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.5 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the blanched almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.

Step 3

In a separate medium bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk. Add in the coconut milk and melted coconut oil, whisking until all ingredients are well combined.
