  • 1 14.5-ounce can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Cut the cauliflower into florets and roughly chop into small, chickpea-sized pieces.

In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for about 30 seconds.
