  • 1 large Lime
  • 8 pieces Coconut flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 3 medium Radishes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.

Add the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the cauliflower. Toss well until the florets are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
