Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 small head green cabbage
  • 1 small red onion
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley
  • 0.5 cup almonds
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel and grate the carrots using a food processor or box grater. Place the grated carrots into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Thinly slice the small head of green cabbage and add to the bowl with the carrots.

Peel and thinly slice the red onion and add it to the mixing bowl.

Step 4
