  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 0.25 cups Raisins (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease with coconut oil.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt until well combined.
