  • 1 medium, sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium, sliced yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces of about 1-1.5 inches.
