Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the Cajun spice mix.

Step 2

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub each breast with olive oil and generously coat with the Cajun spice mix on both sides.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet.
