  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 large Garlic clove

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon black pepper.

Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
