Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons ghee
  • 8 leaves romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 medium avocado slices

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
