Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch each.
