Ingredients

  • 250 grams Medium-sized white mushrooms
  • 1 large Egg
  • 100 grams Almond flour
  • 30 grams Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 grams Coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel. Trim the stems if necessary, but leave them attached.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, whisk the egg until thoroughly beaten.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the breading mixture.
