Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 250 grams Cauliflower rice
  • 1 large Onion
  • 3 large Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 50 grams Pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground allspice
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, garlic, mint, and parsley.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cauliflower rice, chopped onion, garlic, mint, parsley, and pine nuts.

Step 4

Add the ground cumin, allspice, salt, and black pepper to the mixture, and mix thoroughly to combine.

Drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice, and mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
