Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Finely chop the onion, garlic, mint, and parsley.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cauliflower rice, chopped onion, garlic, mint, parsley, and pine nuts.
Add the ground cumin, allspice, salt, and black pepper to the mixture, and mix thoroughly to combine.
Drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice, and mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil and transfer the meat mixture into it. Press the mixture down with a spatula to form an even layer.
Score the top of the mixture in a diamond pattern with a knife.
