Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 250 grams Ground pork
  • 60 grams Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 30 grams Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.

Step 3

Add in the almond flour, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

Pour in the coconut aminos, and season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
