Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef (preferably grass-fed)
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the red onion and garlic cloves. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Chop the fresh parsley and mint leaves and add them to the bowl with the onion and garlic.

Add the ground beef to the bowl.

Crack the egg into the bowl and add the olive oil.
