Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 cup Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
  • 0.25 cup Raisins

Directions

Step 1

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the ghee over medium heat until fully melted.

Add the almond flour to the ghee and stir continuously for about 10-15 minutes until the mix turns a golden-brown color and emits a nutty aroma. Ensure you keep stirring to prevent burning.

Once the almond flour is toasted, add the coconut sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well until the coconut sugar fully dissolves and blends with the flour mixture.
