Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.75 cup Coconut sugar
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped almonds

Directions

Step 1

In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the almond flour and coconut flour.

Step 2

Stir continuously to roast the flours until they become aromatic and change to a golden color, about 10 minutes. Be careful not to burn them.

Step 3

Add the coconut oil to the skillet. Mix the oil thoroughly into the roasted flours. The mixture should appear slightly sticky and bind together.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to low and add the coconut sugar and cardamom powder.

Step 5

Continue to stir for another 3-4 minutes, ensuring the sugar dissolves completely and is well incorporated.

Step 6

Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly but not completely. It should be warm enough to handle.

Take a small portion of the mixture in your palms and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Step 8

Garnish the laddoos by pressing the chopped pistachios and almonds into the tops of the laddoos.
